Here are the clues which won each PCWC.
PCWC 28 was abandoned after its moderator lost contact with the newsgroup. PCWC 138 was abandoned as its moderator had picked as answer-word the same word as CWC 104 had used. Any other gaps are due to my having been unable to find the appropriate messages where the moderator has declared the results.
In PCWC 87, the moderator appended a full stop to each entry that didn't end in a punctuation mark. I have removed from this copy of the winning clue the full stop which evidently the moderator, not the entrant, put in.
